                                   ORDER
     
     On June 13, 1996, the Board docketed this appeal filed by the
University of Colorado Insurance Pool concerning a contract with 
the General Services Administration (GSA) for the lease of
University facilities in Boulder, Colorado.  The University
appealed GSA's decision on a Government claim for damage to GSA
property resulting from a broken chiller pipe.

     On August 19, 1997, the parties filed a jointly executed
supplemental lease agreement which the parties agree has settled
the appeal.

     Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
128.
