ORDER On November 1, 1996, Lexis-Nexis (Lexis) filed this claim with the Board concerning services performed for the Securities and Exchange Commission on its Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval system for which Lexis seeks reimbursement. On December 23, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss this appeal with prejudice which provided: Appellant LEXIS-NEXIS and Respondent United States Securities and Exchange Commission have entered into a settlement agreement resolving this matter, and final payment pursuant to that agreement has been received by appellant. Therefore, pursuant to the settlement agreement, appellant LEXIS-NEXIS hereby requests that this matter be dismissed with prejudice. Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
