Board of Contract Appeals General Services Administration Washington, D.C. 20405 DISMISSED: June 14, 2000 GSBCA 15261 WILLIAM D. EUILLE & ASSOCIATES, INC., Appellant, v. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, Respondent. Stephen J. Annino of Kasimer & Annino, P.C., Falls Church, VA, counsel for Appellant. David M. Smith, Office of General Counsel, General Services Administration, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. DANIELS, Board Judge (Chairman). This case involves a claim by William D. Euille & Associates, Inc. (Euille) under a contract with the General Services Administration (GSA) for modifications to an office building in Washington, D.C. Euille maintains that GSA's direction to remove and replace cable and conduit installed by a Euille subcontractor changed the terms of the contract, entitling Euille to an increase in the contract price and additional time to perform the work. After the Board denied a motion to dismiss the case, the parties entered into settlement negotiations. These negotiations led to the filing of a joint motion for dismissal of the case. At the request of the parties, we DISMISS the appeal. _________________________ STEPHEN M. DANIELS Board Judge
