                              ORDER

     On July 9, 2002, Jensen Electric & Service Co. filed a notice of appeal in connection
with a dispute under audit report number A010172/P/6/X02010, concerning certain purchase
orders issued to Jensen Electric & Service Co. for electrical work performed on the
Thomas F. Eagleton Courthouse in St. Louis, Missouri.  On November 5, 2002, the parties
filed a joint motion for dismissal with prejudice stating that they have settled the appeal.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128(a).
