                           ORDER OF DISMISSAL
 
        On  October  15,  1991,  this  Board,  reacting  to  earlier
   dilatory   conduct  on  behalf  of  appellant,  issued  an  order
   directing appellant to show cause on or before November 15, 1991,
   "[w]hy this  appeal [originally filed  on April 12,  1989] should
   not  be dismissed, because  of appellant's failure  to answer the
   interrogatories propounded, its failure to produce  the documents
   requested, and its  failure otherwise to prosecute  this appeal."
   The quoted show cause order produced no response from appellant.
 
        In  view  of the  foregoing, this  appeal is  DISMISSED WITH
   PREJUDICE for appellant's failure to  obey an order of this Board
   and its failure to otherwise prosecute this appeal.
