ORDER On August 30, 1990, Lee & Ro Consulting Engineers filed this appeal with the Board challenging the termination for default of its contract by the General Services Administration for alleged deficiencies in its draft submittal presented to the contracting officer. On October 21, 1992, the Board received from the parties a stipulation for dismissal that stated -- Please take notice that Appellant Lee & Ro Consulting Engineers and Respondent General Services Administration have agreed to settle the dispute underlying the above-captioned appeal, and stipulate that the appeal should be dismissed without prejudice until ninety days have elapsed from the filing of this stipulation, at which time said dismissal shall be with prejudice. Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. 2 Rule 28(a).
