ORDER These appeals have been filed by OMI International Corporation. They involve disputes which have arisen between appellant and the Department of the Treasury regarding a contract for the production and installation of a coinage die chrome plating line. GSBCA 11100-TD concerns a claim by appellant for $321,869 said to be due under that contract. GSBCA 10765-TD concerns the decision of the Government's contracting officer to terminate the same contract for default. By letter dated September 11, 1992, counsel for appellant advised the Board that these disputes have been settled and can now be dismissed. In accordance with Rule 28(a), therefore, these appeals are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The dismissal of each appeal shall be deemed to be with prejudice, however, thirty days from the date of this order unless one of the parties moves for reinstatement of that case. _______________________ EDWIN B.
