DANIELS, Board Judge. North American Construction Corp. filed four appeals of General Services Administration contracting officer's denials of claims that were submitted under a contract for asbestos abatement and sprinkler and fire safety improvements at the Federal Building in Jacksonville, Florida. GSBCA 11443 (filed September 10, 1991) and 11668 (January 13, 1992) involve claims for asbestos removal work performed by subcontractors which was allegedly supplemental to what was required by the contract. GSBCA 11444 (September 11, 1991) involves the amount of extended job site costs to which appellant is entitled. GSBCA 11755 (March 6, 1992) concerns the value of appellant's installation of additional fire alarm points in the building. On September 17, 1992, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the appeals with prejudice. The motion states that a stipulation of settlement has been entered into. The motion is GRANTED.
