ORDER These appeals, filed on January 22, 1992, concern claims for delay and impact costs allegedly caused by change orders on a contract for interior improvements for the United States Treasury Building, Austin Texas. We set the hearing on the merits of these appeals to commence in March of 1993. Appellant and respondent now seek dismissal of these appeals without prejudice to pursue settlement negotiations. The parties agree that the dismissal without prejudice will be automatically converted to a dismissal with prejudice unless appellant reinstates the appeals within thirty calendar days from the date of this dismissal.
