ORDER These appeals, the first of which was filed on March 16, 1992, involved a contract for the renovation of the United States Post Office in Austin, Texas between appellant and respondent General Services Administration. Appellant filed an uncertified claim for equitable adjustment of $98,401 for additional support for the stone panel veneer system of the building. The contracting officer denied the claim on February 14, 1992. Appellant filed a certified claim on May 19, 1992, which the contracting officer again denied. The second appeal was filed on July 14, 1992. On September 2, 1992, the parties filed a stipulation of dismissal without prejudice to their reinstatement within six months from September 2, 1992. If reinstatement is required, only the appeal docketed as GSBCA 11928 need be reinstated.
