Order of Dismissal On March 24, 1992, Sylvan Service Corporation appealed from the decision of the contracting officer dated March 5, 1992. The appeal involved a custodial service contract for several buildings--Federal Supply Service warehouse, the Chavez Federal Building/Courthouse and the Federal Building at Gold Avenue, Albuquerque, New Mexico. Appeal File, Exhibit 1. The contracting officer deducted amounts from contract payments for alleged defective cleaning. Appeal File, Exhibit 37. Later, the Government terminated the contract for default. Appellant's letter of April 22, 1992, Board Files. On June 9, 1992, appellant's counsel informed the Board that the parties have settled the dispute and desire a dismissal with prejudice. Respondent does not object.
