DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE: May 20, 1993 GSBCA 11789 G & R ELECTRIC COMPANY, Appellant, v. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, Respondent. W. Thomas Griffith of Groover & Childs, Macon, GA, counsel for Appellant. Martin A. Hom, Office of General Counsel, General Services Administration, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. GOODMAN, Board Judge. ORDER Appellant, G & R Electric Company, was awarded a contract by respondent, the General Services Administration, for a lighting retrofit project on a federal building in Little Rock, AR. On January 9, 1992, the contracting officer denied appellant's claim for additional work amounting to $37,065 allegedly due to differing site conditions. It is from that decision that G & R Electric Company appealed to this Board on April 6, 1992. On March 3, 1993, the Board granted the parties' request for a stay of proceedings in order to conduct settlement negotiations. On May 11, the parties filed a stipulation for dismissal with prejudice advising that they have been able to reach agreement as to the resolution of issues in dispute and have agreed upon a settlement. Accordingly, pursuant to Rule 28(a), this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. _______________________ ALLAN H. GOODMAN Board Judge
