ORDER This appeal was filed on May 28, 1992, by the Charles T. Matses Nominee Trust. It concerns a contracting officer's decision regarding various disputes which have arisen in conjunction with a lease entered into by the General Services Administration and appellant. The disputes concern base operating costs, amounts for lump sum construction extras, unresolved credits and unit price adjustments. The amounts sought by the parties in this are well in excess of a combined total of $100,000. On April 13, 1993, counsel for GSA provided the Board with a copy of a settlement agreement and a joint stipulation wherein the parties agree to a dismissal of this case with prejudice.
