                                 ORDER
 
        On  May 8,  1992,  the  Board received  an  appeal filed  by
   Northern Virginia Service Corporation (NVSC) regarding a cleaning
   services  contract  it  had  with  the  respondent,  the  General
   Services  Administration.   NVSC  contested  a  decision  of  the
   contracting  officer  which  deducted  $9,054.90  from its  final
   payment for alleged periodic nonperformance.    
 
        On  March 11,  1993,  the  parties filed  with  the Board  a
   settlement agreement.    Appellant  requested  a  dismissal  with
   prejudice.  The agency agreed to pay $2,900 in full settlement of
   the claim.  
 
        Accordingly,  the   appeal  is  DISMISSED   WITH  PREJUDICE.
