ORDER This appeal was filed with the Board on May 12, 1992, by Incore, Inc. (Incore). Incore alleged that the General Services Administration failed to pay appellant's claim for additional work resulting from the issuance of a change order. On October 2, 1992, the Board received from the parties a joint stipulation for dismissal of this protest, that provided: The above captioned action and all causes of action and claims arising therefrom having been fully settled and compromised. It is agreed between the parties through their respective counsel and/or representative that the Appellant's claim docketed with the General Services Board of Contract Appeals as claim No. 11839 be dismissed with prejudice, in accordance with Board Rule 28 and that an Order of Dismissal may be entered by the Board.
