ORDER Beaumont Realty, Inc., filed this appeal with the Board on June 4, 1992, from a decision dated March 9 by the contracting officer for the General Services Administration. Appellant claimed it was due refunds from withheld rent under Lease No. GS- 07B-13520 for space located at 350 Magnolia, Beaumont, Texas. On April 6, 1993, the Board granted in part respondent's motion for summary relief on the issue of the amount of credit due respondent for a reduction in the quantity of interior doors. Other issues remained in dispute. On May 13, 1994, the Board received a joint motion to dismiss the appeal that stated, "The parties have reached a settlement in GSBCA No. 11869. Therefore, the parties respectfully request that the subject appeal be dismissed with prejudice in accordance with Board Rule 28(a)." Accordingly, this appeal is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
