On July 2, 1992, Ayer Electric, Inc. (Ayer) filed this appeal from a contracting officer's decision denying Ayer's claim for an equitable adjustment to the price of contract GS-05P-89- GBC-0164. On October 13, 1993, the parties submitted a settlement agreement to the Board, which provides that the General Services Administration (GSA) agrees to an entry of award to Ayer in the amount of $36,000, plus interest accruing after November 12, 1993, pursuant to the Contract Disputes Act of 1978. 41 U.S.C. 611 (1988). In accordance with Rule 36(e), the parties request that the Board adopt their stipulation by decision. GSA and Ayer have executed Certificates of Finality. Pursuant to Rule 36(e), the Board adopts the joint stipulation of the parties by decision and enters judgment as requested. Rule 36(e) provides that the Board may so adopt the stipulation of the parties, by decision, and that such decision is an adjudication of the appeal on its merits. E.g., Altgelt Investments, Inc., GSBCA 9980 (Feb. 13, 1991); Newco, Inc., GSBCA 9711 (June 29, 1990). Decision In accordance with the foregoing, the appeal is GRANTED IN PART.
