                                 ORDER
 
        On  November 18, 1992, Computer Network Systems, Inc. (CNSI)
   appealed  the final decision of a General Services Administration
   contracting officer denying CNSI's  certified claim in connection
   with  a   dispute  under  contract   numbers  GSOOK8502S1095  and
   GSOOK88AFS1220,   multiple    award   schedule    contracts   for
   teleprocessing services.   On October 21, 1993, the parties filed
   a joint motion to dismiss this appeal with prejudice stating that
   the  parties have entered  into a settlement  agreement resolving
   the disputed claim.
 
        Accordingly,  this  appeal   is  DISMISSED  WITH  PREJUDICE.
