                                 ORDER
 
        This  appeal,  filed  on  March  30,  1993,  challenged  the
   Government's  assessment of $39,000 in liquidated damages against
   appellant as the  result of an alleged late  finish in completing
   certain fire safety improvements.
 
        The parties have now settled all  matters in dispute between
   them, and appellant has moved for a DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE.
 
        In accordance with the motion this appeal is dismissed.
