                                 ORDER
 
        On  May 7, 1993,  Seacoast Supply, Inc.  (Seacoast) appealed
   the  final   decision  of  a   General  Services   Administration
   contracting officer terminating Seacoast's right to proceed under
   contract number GS-07F-33120 for polypropylene rope.  On June 22,
   1993,  Seacoast  filed  a  motion  to  dismiss  the  appeal  with
   prejudice.
 
        Accordingly,  this  appeal  is  DISMISSED  WITH   PREJUDICE.
