                                 ORDER
 
        This  appeal  challenges   contracting  officers'  decisions
   terminating  for  default  a delivery  order  for  the  supply of
   heating radiator valves and assessing excess  reprocurement costs
   in the amount of $3,693.54 against the contractor.  
 
        The parties state  that they have entered into  a settlement
   agreement resolving all issues concerning the case.  They jointly
   move the Board to dismiss the appeal with prejudice.
 
        The motion is granted; the case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
