                                 Order
 
        This appeal was  filed by Nova Commercial  Company, Inc., on
   July  6, 1993,  from a  final  decision by  the General  Services
   Administration, concerning a contract for janitorial and  related
   services.   The case was proceeding under the Board's accelerated
   procedures.
 
        On  December 2, the  Board received a  joint stipulation for
   dismissal from the parties, that provided as follows:
 
             Appellant,  Nova  Commercial  Company,  Inc.,  and
             respondent, the  General Services  Administration,
             do hereby jointly  request that the  Board dismiss
             without prejudice the appeal docketed as Appeal of
             Nova Commercial  Company, Inc.,  GSBCA No.  12486,
             through and until December 31, 1993, at which time
             the dismissal  shall be  converted to  a dismissal
             with prejudice.
 
        This appeal is dismissed in accordance with the above-stated
   terms of the parties.  Rule 28(a).
