                                 ORDER
 
        This appeal was filed on August 9, 1993, by Allen-Mitchell &
   Co.    It  concerns  a  dispute  between  the  parties  regarding
   additional monies sought  by appellant for work  allegedly beyond
   the original contract scope.  
 
        On November  5, 1993, the  appellant filed with the  Board a
   request for  dismissal  and  a copy  of  a  settlement  agreement
   reached between the parties.  Under the terms of that settlement,
   appellant  has agreed  to  seek  a dismissal  of  this case  with
   prejudice.  
 
        Accordingly,  pursuant to  the  stipulation of  the parties,
   this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 28.
