ORDER On August 20, 1993, Master Security, Inc. (appellant) filed an appeal of a contracting officer's decision denying its claim of $40,743 for overtime security services performed during Operation Desert Storm under contracts awarded to it by the General Services Administration. On October 29, 1993, appellant filed a settlement agreement with this Board and requested that its appeal be dismissed. The agreement reads, in part: This Agreement is intended to consitute the full and final payment and disposition of all matters in dispute under GSBCA No. 12548 and the above-refereed contracts . . . . The Appellant hereby consents to the dismissal of GSBCA No. 12548 with prejudice . . . .
