ORDER On October 22, 1993, the Board received this appeal from American Telephone & Telegraph Company (AT&T) concerning a contract with the respondent, the General Services Administration. An agency contracting officer had denied an AT&T claim to recover $89,414.20 which AT&T claimed it was due under the terms of a given contract. On November 30, 1994, pursuant to Rule 28(a), AT&T filed a notice withdrawing the appeal and moving for dismissal. Accordingly, the Board DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE the appeal.
