LaBELLA, Board Judge. ORDER This appeal was filed with the Board on December 14, 1993, by Cardinal Maintenance Services, Inc. (CMS) against the General Services Administration. CMS filed a claim on June 22, 1993, in the amount of $13,797.42 for interest allegedly owed CMS on contract no. GS-09P-01342. By letters dated January 13, 1994, and February 8, 1994, the parties requested that proceedings be suspended in order that a settlement may be finalized. The Board granted the parties' requests. On February 17, 1994, the Board received a Joint Stipulation for Dismissal signed by both parties. The parties have requested that the Board dismiss the appeal without prejudice for ninety days from the date of this order, at which time the dismissal shall convert to a dismissal with prejudice. Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. This dismissal will automatically convert to a dismissal with prejudice ninety days from the date of this order. Rule 28. VINCENT A.
