                                 ORDER
 
        On December 29, 1993, the  Board received a notice of appeal
   from   McGoldrick   Construction  Services   Corp.   regarding  a
   construction  contract   it  had  with  respondent,  the  General
   Services  Administration.    The  contractor  seeks   to  recover
   $38,317.29 for direct costs  incurred but denied on  change order
   25A.
 
        On May 10,  1994, the parties filed a  joint stipulation for
   dismissal with prejudice as they have settled the appeal.
 
        Accordingly,  the  appeal   is  DISMISSED  WITH   PREJUDICE.
