                                 ORDER
 
        Through an  appeal filed on  February 18, 1994,  the College
   Board  sought approximately $7.5  million from the  Department of
   Education  in additional  payments  under  a  contract  for  data
   processing services and eligibility reporting regarding students'
   eligibility for federal financial aid for higher education.
 
        Following comprehensive discovery,  the parties entered into
   a settlement agreement on October 25.  On December 16, they filed
   a joint motion  to dismiss the case.  The parties state that they
   have complied with the terms of the settlement agreement.
