                                 ORDER
 
        On February 28,  1994, Witherington Construction Corporation
   (Witherington)  appealed  the final  decision of  the contracting
   officer relating to contract number GS-07P-92-HUC-0016 for repair
   and  alterations at a  Federal Building in San  Antonio, TX.  The
   contracting officer denied Witherington's  requests for equitable
   adjustments.
 
        On  March 7, 1994, Witherington  filed a request to withdraw
   its appeal pending settlement negotiations and reserved the right
   to reinstatement should negotiations not proceed.
 
        Accordingly,  this appeal  is  DISMISSED WITHOUT  PREJUDICE.
   Rule 28.   If  Witherington wishes to  reinstate this  appeal, it
   must do so  within ninety days of  the date that it  received the
   contracting officer's final decision.
