                                 ORDER
 
        On  March  3,  1994, Voila  Engineering  appealed  the final
   decision  of   a  General  Services   Administration  contracting
   officer.   Appellant seeks reimbursement for costs incurred under
   contract no. GS-06P92GYC0052 for the installation of a pre-action
   sprinkler system.
 
        On October 18, the parties jointly requested that the appeal
   be dismissed without prejudice.
 
        The appeal is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
