ORDER This appeal was filed on April 15, 1994, by Burke Court Reporting Co. Appellant's claim for $8,817.40 is for court reporting and transcribing of hearings conducted by respondent, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Appellant elected to proceed under the small claims procedure of the Board's Rules of Procedure. Rule 13. After the filing of the complaint and the answer, the Board convened the parties in a conference to schedule further proceedings. The parties were authorized to conduct discovery, and the Board established August 15, 1994, as the filing date of appellant's final record submission and August 23, 1994, as the filing date of respondent's final record submission. On August 3, 1994, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss which stated that the parties entered into a settlement agreement which completely resolves all issues raised by the appeal.
