                                ORDER
 
        This appeal was filed by  Spillis Candela & Partners,  Inc.,
   on  July 7,  1994.   It involves  a dispute  between  the parties
   regarding redesign of the U.S. Courthouse in Ft. Myers, Florida.
 
        On August  10, 1994,  appellant's representative  filed with
   the  Board its  request to  withdraw  this appeal.   Counsel  for
   respondent has no objection to this request.
 
        Accordingly,  this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
   28(a).
