(NACC) appealed a General Services Administration contracting officer's deemed denial of NACC's request for extra costs involved in correcting design deficiencies under contract number GS-02P-CUC-0030 for the construction of a four-story Federal Courthouse Building Annex in Bridgeport, Connecticut. On July 18, 1995, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss this appeal without prejudice, stating: As discussed with the Board in a June 28, 1995, conference call, the parties desire to conduct settlement discussions regarding the claims underlying the above-referenced appeal and, therefore, request that this appeal be dismissed without prejudice, such dismissal to convert to one with prejudice eighty-five (85) days after the issuance of the order of dismissal (subject to either party's request for extension of such period, if necessary, to conclude negotiations). Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
