ORDER On January 10, 1995, the Board received this appeal from Global Development disputing the termination for default of its contract with the respondent, the General Services Administration. Global and the agency have entered into what they caption a "stipulation of award & settlement agreement." Among the terms of the agreement, Global agrees that the agency is entitled to a total of $117,275. The parties further jointly move for a dismissal with prejudice of the appeal.
