                                 ORDER
 
        This  case involves an appeal from the contracting officer's
   decision of January 5, 1995 claiming $50,000 for alleged  systems
   failure on  appellant's portion  of the  FTS2000  contract.   The
   parties  have  settled their  dispute  and  move to  dismiss  the
   appeal.  Pursuant to Rule 28(a)(1), this appeal is DISMISSED.
