__________________________________________ DISMISSED: August 23, 1995 __________________________________________ GSBCA 13259 PEC CONSTRUCTION, INC., Appellant, v. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, Respondent. Paralee White, Russ Gaspar, and Laurel Hockey of Cohen & White, Washington, DC, counsel for Appellant. Kathleen M. McCartney and Scarlett D. Orenstein, Office of Regional Counsel, General Services Administration, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. NEILL, Board Judge. ORDER This case was filed on May 2, 1995, by PEC Construction, Inc. (PEC). It was styled "Notice of Appeal and Petition." PEC requested the Board to direct a contracting officer within the General Services Administration (GSA) to issue decisions on a number of pending requests for decisions. The requests concerned claims which had arisen in relation to a roofing contract issued to PEC by GSA. At the same time, because of the passage of time since the requests for decisions had been filed, PEC also appealed from the deemed denial of these claims. The Board docketed this case as a deemed denial and issued an order for further proceedings. In response to this order, an appeal file has been assembled and filed by respondent, a complaint and answer have been filed, and discovery has been initiated. Recently, respondent has also provided contracting officer decisions in response to PEC's pending requests for decisions. Counsel for PEC has appealed each of these decisions to the Board. For purposes of administrative convenience, these appeals have been individually docketed and orders for further proceedings, recognizing work already initiated in this case on the individual claims, have been issued. Since each of the claims included in this case, as originally docketed, is now the subject of an individually docketed appeal, there is no further need to retain this case on the Board's docket. It is, therefore, DISMISSED. _______________________ EDWIN B. NEILL Administrative Judge
