                                 ORDER
 
        CPM Associates, Ltd. filed this appeal with the Board on May
   3,  1995,  concerning  construction  services  performed  on  the
   National Weather  Service Office, Valley,  Nebraska, under  lease
   no. 063WCF93011.
 
        On September 5, the parties  filed a joint motion to dismiss
   with prejudice.
 
        Accordingly, the appeal  is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.   Rule
