                                 ORDER
 
        On  May 30,  1995, Strafford  Mechanical  Inc. appealed  the
   final decision  of a General Services  Administration contracting
   officer denying its claim for mechanical maintenance at  the U.S.
   Customs  House  in  Philadelphia,  Pennsylvania,  under  contract
   number GS-03P-90-DWC-0079.  On August 21, 1996, the parties filed
   a joint motion to dismiss the appeal stating that the parties had
   executed a settlement agreement.
 
        Accordingly,  this  appeal  is  DISMISSED  WITH   PREJUDICE.
