                                 ORDER
 
        Innovative  Technology Systems, Inc.  filed this appeal with
   the Board on  July 6,  1995, seeking  reimbursement for  services
   performed  under contract  no.  TAFT  93-3  to  provide  computer
   support services to the Department of the Treasury.
 
        On August 25, appellant filed a motion to dismiss its appeal
   without prejudice.  Respondent had no objection.
 
        Accordingly, the  appeal  is  DISMISSED  WITHOUT  PREJUDICE.
