ORDER These cases were filed as appeals from deemed denials of claims previously submitted to the contracting officer for a written decision. Representatives of the parties have since met to negotiate these claims. In anticipation of a favorable settlement, counsel for the parties now jointly move that the appeals be dismissed without prejudice. The motion to dismiss is granted. These appeals are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
