________________________________________________ ORDER: October 30, 1995 ________________________________________________ GSBCA 13351 JOHN J. KIRLIN, INC. Appellant, v. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, Respondent. Charles F. Mitchell of John J. Kirlin, Inc., Rockville, MD, counsel for Appellant. Scarlett D. Orenstein and Gerald L. Schrader, Office of General Counsel, General Services Administration, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. ORDER By order dated September 12, the Board dismissed this appeal without prejudice. The order provided that the dismissal should be deemed to be "with prejudice" sixty days from its date of issuance unless a motion to reinstate the case were to be filed before the expiration of that period. Prior to the expiration of the sixty-day period, the parties have jointly moved that the Board amend its initial order of dismissal by increasing the aforesaid sixty-day period by an additional sixty days. For good cause shown, the joint motion is granted. The Board's order of September 12 is amended to provide that the dismissal shall be considered "with prejudice" one hundred and twenty days from the original date of issuance unless a motion to reinstate the case is filed before the expiration of that period. _________________________ EDWIN B.
