________________________________________________ ORDER: October 30 1995 ________________________________________________ GSBCA 13347, 13348, 13349, 13352, 13353 JOHN J. KIRLIN, INC. Appellant, v. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, Respondent. Charles F. Mitchell of John J. Kirlin, Inc., Rockville, MD, counsel for Appellant. Scarlett D. Orenstein and Gerald L. Schrader, Office of General Counsel, General Services Administration, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. ORDER By order dated September 12, the Board dismissed these appeals without prejudice. The order provided that the dismissal should be deemed to be "with prejudice" forty-five days from its date of issuance for any appeal which is not the subject of a motion to reinstate filed with the Board prior to the expiration of that period. Prior to the expiration of the forty-five-day period, the parties jointly moved that the Board amend its initial order of dismissal by increasing the aforesaid forty-five-day period by an additional sixty days. For good cause shown, the joint motion is granted. The Board's order of September 12 is amended to provide that the dismissal of these appeals shall be considered "with prejudice" one hundred and five days from the original date of issuance for any of the appeals which is not the subject of a motion to reinstate filed with the Board prior to the expiration of that period. _________________________ EDWIN B.
