                                 ORDER
 
        On October 4, 1995, Patricia A. Clark filed this appeal with
   the Board.   Appellant sought reimbursement for costs incurred in
   connection with  the purchase  of a 1991  Dodge Caravan  from the
   General Services Administration. 
 
        The parties  entered into  a joint  settlement agreement  on
   November 13, and filed a motion to dismiss on November 22.
 
        Accordingly, the appeal  is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.   Rule
   28(a).
