ORDER On June 27, 1995, the Board received from Maron Construction Co., Inc. a request to reinstate an appeal (based upon a deemed denial by a contracting officer) which had been dismissed without prejudice, GSBCA 13318(13040)-REIN. On October 25, 1995, the Board received from Maron a notice of appeal, GSBCA 13453, relating to the same contract involving the respondent, the General Services Administration. On January 16, 1996, the parties filed a joint motion for dismissal with prejudice of the two appeals, pursuant to Rule 28(a). The parties have entered into a settlement agreement and have executed a bilateral contract modification in full settlement of the appeals.
