These appeals arise out of contract GS-11P90MKC0129, which was entered into by the parties for renovations at the Central Heating Plant, Washington, D.C. On September 4, 1996, the parties submitted to the Board a joint stipulation stating that the claims have been settled in full. In the stipulation, the parties request that judgment be entered requiring the General Services Administration to pay John J. Kirlin, Inc. $350,000, plus interest from March 6, 1995, in full settlement of the appeals. In addition to the joint stipulation, the parties submitted certificates of finality to the Board. Decision The Board adopts the parties' stipulation. Rule 36(e). The appeals are GRANTED in the amount of $350,000, plus interest at the rate authorized by the Contract Disputes Act, 41 U.S.C. 611 (1994), from March 6, 1995, until paid. ________________________________ MARTHA H.
