                                 ORDER
 
        The above-referenced appeal  was received on March  5, 1996,
   regarding a  claim for $30,351.56.   After the appeal  was filed,
   the parties engaged in settlement  discussions.  On April 17, the
   parties jointly requested  a dismissal without prejudice.   Based
   on the  motion of  the parties, the  appeal is  dismissed without
   prejudice, pursuant to Rule 28(b).   The dismissal shall become a
   dismissal with  prejudice,  unless a  party  files and  serves  a
   notice to reinstate the appeal before October 12, 1996.
