                                 ORDER
 
        On June 10, 1996, appellant  filed an appeal with this Board
   against respondent, the Department of the Treasury, of the deemed
   denials of its claims of February  27, 1996, with regard to price
   reversion,  and  March  14,  1996, with  regard  to  a  requested
   contract adjustment for FY 1996, under contract number Tir-94-SW-
   008.   At appellant s request,  the appeal was  dismissed without
   prejudice  on  June  13,  1996,  in  anticipation  of  settlement
   negotiations  with respondent.   The  appeal was  to  become with
   prejudice  on  June  23,  1996, unless  either  party  moved  for
   reinstatement.    On  June  21,  appellant  filed  a  motion  for
   reinstatement,  and  on  June  27,  the  Board  issued  an  order
   directing  respondent  to  issue a  contracting  officer s  final
   decision by July 27, 1996, on appellant s claims.
 
        On July 25, 1996, appellant withdrew its appeal stating that
   respondent  and appellant have  reached a final  settlement as to
   all issues.   Respondent  poses no  objection to the  withdrawal.
   Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED.  Rule 28(a).
