ORDER On November 1, 1996, appellant, U.S. Elevator Corporation, appealed the final decision of a General Services Administration contracting officer terminating for default contract number GS-09P-92-KSC-0090 for elevator maintenance services at the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building in Los Angeles, California. On June 16, 1997, appellant filed a motion to dismiss this appeal with prejudice stating that the parties have entered into a compromise settlement agreement whereby all controversies and disputes between the parties in connection with this appeal have been settled or compromised.
