                                   ORDER

     On June 19, 1997, the Board suspended proceedings in this
appeal pending appellant's receipt of payment in accordance with
the parties' settlement agreement.  The parties were requested to
file a joint motion to dismiss the appeal once payment was
effected.  On September 3, 1997, the parties filed a joint motion
to dismiss which states, in part:

     In accordance with Rule 128, APPELLANT and RESPONDENT
     jointly move that the Board dismiss the above-captioned
     case with prejudice.  The APPELLANT has been paid in full
     in accordance with the terms of the Settlement Agreement
     between the parties . . . .

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED.
