_______________________________________________ DISMISSED: July 29, 1997 _______________________________________________ GSBCA 14217 RAY WILSON COMPANY, Appellant, v. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, Respondent. Neal J. Sweeney and R. Lee Mann, III of Smith, Currie & Hancock LLP, Atlanta, GA, counsel for Appellant. Thomas Y. Hawkins, Office of Regional Counsel, General Services Administration, San Francisco, CA, counsel for Respondent. BORWICK, Board Judge. ORDER On June 5, 1997, appellant, Ray Wilson Company, filed an appeal from the purported contracting officer's decision dated March 7, 1997, denying appellant's claim on the construction contract for the Ronald Reagan Federal Building and United States Courthouse. The Government now states that the letter from which appellant appealed was not a contracting officer's final decision. Appellant moves to dismiss because the Government and appellant are willing to attempt to resolve the dispute without litigation. Respondent does not object. Pursuant to Rule 128(a), this appeal is DISMISSED. _________________________ ANTHONY S. BORWICK Board Judge
